Meet Polly

Polly has a sock-ing story!. When she first came to the shelter our vets noticed something strange in her stomach. Lucky for her we were able to remove the object- it was a sock! She's now recovered, happy and healthy! In her new home, keep her away from socks; she seems to enjoy eating them! She's a shy sweetie who will need some time to open up and get to know you before she feels comfortable. She needs a calm and patient forever family who will work with her on boosting her confidence and social skills. Give her time and lots of love and she'll be a great furry friend. She would do best as your one and only furry friend as she decompresses.

I'm A Shy Dog! I'm still adjusting to this big place they call a shelter, so my behavior here is a little quiet and reserved. Once I'm in my new home, I may relax immediately and become much more social, or I may need a little more time and patience while I come out of my shell at my own pace.
