There are no limits to his energy, no barriers to his adventure, and no damper to his spirit! Little Mario was abandoned by his owner after they broke his leg but thanks to our generous FOTS donors, he is getting a second chance at finding a forever home. Being a young pup, Mario's bones were eager to heal and after a LONG month of cage rest, he is well on his way to making a full recovery as he eases back into activity with some physical therapy. He is very much looking forward to romping and playing with others - dogs, cats, people, anyone who is up to keeping up with him! Mario is cratetrained but his housebreaking is a work in progress as he comes off complete cage rest. Mario's new home should have a fenced yard, another canine companion of similar activity, and an established vet reference. Little Mark is a wonderfully sweet, steadfast snuggly companion with a very cute playful side. Markie has had a rough past couple of months as he has recovered from being smashed by a car. Thanks to the generous support of Friends of the Shelter, Mark was able to get the special surgery he needed to fix his badly broken pelvis and give him the opportunity for many years of good living ahead.
