Kennedy

Kennedy may look a little tongue-tied but she is actually one lucky dog. She came to the shelter with a shattered jaw. We are not sure what happened, but we do know that thanks to the generosity of Dr. Prescott and the Dogs Only staff, Kennedy is once again able to eat, drink and "talk". A section of her jaw had to be removed due to the injury and so Kennedy will always require a special diet. Aside from that, she is an active, vocal, playful little gal who endears herself to everyone she meets. She is crate trained and is great with other dogs. Her ideal home is one with no cats (she LOVES to chase them), children at least 12 years old or older (she LOVES to get under foot), no apartments (she will tell why repeatedly and loudly if you seem to be listening) and she must have an owner with a current vet reference.
